At Puja Paath Store by (Vibhor Saxena), we take utmost care in curating and delivering sacred items. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help with grace and responsibility.

Eligible Returns

• If you receive a defective, or incomplete item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

• If replace product will be delivered with in 5 to 10 days 

• Wrong item delivered: If you receive something different from what you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items used in rituals or opened from sealed packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized pooja kits.

Return Window

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

• After 24 hours, we may not be able to process returns due to the sacred nature of items.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds are processed & credited  within 3 to 7  working days via same payment mode.

• In case of COD orders, refund will be issued to your preferred account after verification.
