• Damaged items: If your product arrives broken, torn, or unusable.

• Wrong item delivered: If you receive something different from what you ordered.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items used in rituals or opened from sealed packaging.

• Perishable items like flowers, prasad, or incense sticks.

• Custom-made or personalized pooja kits.

📅 Return Window

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

• After 24 hours, we may not be able to process returns due to the sacred nature of items.

💰 Refunds

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days via UPI or bank transfer.

• In case of COD orders, refund will be issued to your preferred account after verification.
